Dear student/parent,

I hope you are well.

We have given a great deal of thought to how results day takes place this year and we have decided that we wanted to give the opportunity for students to be able to come into school to collect results if they choose to do so. We fully understand that there will be families who do not wish to do this.

The process for collection/distribution of results is as follows:

  • If you wish to collect results from school we will be open between 9.00am and 10.30am. Please come to the main entrance where you will be directed to the school hall to collect your envelope. We will have a skeleton staff of SLT and admin staff in place to meet you and give out results; unfortunately we are unable to allow parents into school at this time.
  • If you do not wish to come into school to collect results, all students will receive results via their school email account at 10.30am.

We have worked very hard with you to ensure you have options in place for your next move in education after Hartford and we are confident that the vast majority of you will achieve the grades required for your first choice. For those of you who feel the need to discuss your next steps on Thursday 20th or Friday 21st, please contact us at the following email address or phone number and we will arrange follow up appointments: in person or by telephone where appropriate.

We have to remind you to socially distance on the way to school and whilst in school. If you choose to collect results on the day you will receive a very warm welcome from the staff on site.
