Promoting Home - School Links

We encourage and expect the active involvement of our parents and carers in their children’s education.  By working together right from the start, we give your child every opportunity to succeed and be happy.  Effective education is best served by this three way collaboration.

The Code of Conduct and the Home School Agreement:

Our strongly held belief is that school is a place of learning where all students and adults have the right to live and learn in a safe and supportive environment. Our Code of Conduct makes explicit to all stakeholders our expectations and consequences. This forms part of our Home School Agreement.

The Code of Conduct and the Home School Agreement:

Parents are invited to meet the teachers to discuss progress and target setting twice during the year.  They will also receive a formal and written report and in addition two briefer reports giving grades for attainment and effort.  Parents may contact the Head of House at any time if they have any concerns regarding any aspect of their child’s education.  Alternatively they may wish to discuss a subject matter with the appropriate teacher.
